Solano is an IPA with Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Citra Cryo. We taste notes of ripe melon and strawberry with underlying resinous pine.

Fruit Beer · 5.5%

Our newest version of The Creamery is brewed with banana purée, vanilla, milk sugar, and graham crumb. This beer tastes more like bananas than bananas. So if you don't like bananas you probably shouldn't drink this banana beer.

IPA - New England / Hazy · 6.5%

Dry hopped with Citra and Citra Cryo, to create a classic Superflux base, then infused with Superflux Lemon Haze; a mix of flavourful terpenes that add big cannabis overtones. We smell orange and mandarin from our Citra, and more lemon and lime notes to back those up, permeated by an overwhelmingly deep herbal weed aroma. Does not contain any CBD, THC or cannabis.

IPA - West Coast · 6.5%

A classic West Coast IPA hopped with Centennial and Citra. We get lemon zest, orange pulp, pine and floral. Bright, clean and aromatic with medium bitterness and a dry finish.

Lager - Dark · 5.4%

Brewchacho Negra is our Dark Lager and the next member of the Brewchacho familia. Clean, crisp and layered with toasty toffee and caramel notes, and a little dark chocolate.

IPA - American · 6.5%

Our flagship IPA — our little baby, our image of the everyday IPA. Bold enough to make you take notice, but keeps you wanting more. Made with a large amount of Citra hops and full of tropical and citrus fruit notes.

IPA - West Coast · 6.5%

A forward-looking take on the classic West Coast IPA. Bright and crisp this beauty is loaded with Mosaic hops. Colourful notes of tropical fruit, pine sap and a medium body of slightly sweet malt.

Pale Ale - New England / Hazy · 4.5%

A wheat-based pale ale, our little hoppy beer is moderately dry hopped with a blend of American and Australian hops. Tasting notes of citrus, orange zest, guava, fresh cut grass and a dry yet soft finish.

Lager - Japanese Rice · 5.0%

Premium Rice Lager was brewed with drinkability in mind. Extra light, dry, and refreshing, this lager has little floral and lemon notes from the hops combined with smoothness from the rice.

Lager - Mexican · 4.0%

Brewchacho’ is our salted lime lager. The base beer is an ultra-crisp lager brewed with flaked corn and a hint of salt designed to let loads of fresh lime aroma and flavour shine through.
