West Coast IPA with Human People, a brewery our Head Brewer Manaia has now collabed with at three different jobs on two continents. First as an FOH kid in New Zealand during hop harvest, then as an assistant brewer the following year, and now here. Some people collect records. Manaia collects, uh, Human People... ok that sounds bad.... Hopped with Mosaic Incognito in the whirlpool, Mosaic in the fermenter at knockout, and dry hopped with Luminosa and Mosaic Cryo. Extra crisp, extra drinkable, new school: tropical mango and papaya, soft citrus, and a resin-filled bitterness holding it all together.

Session Hazy IPA, all Citra dry hop. We smell loads of vibrant orange and mandarin, with some tropical coconut to tie it all together.

Our flagship IPA — our little baby, our image of the everyday IPA. Made with a large amount of Citra hops, full of tropical and citrus fruit notes. Soft, tropical, herbaceous.

A forward-looking take on the classic West Coast IPA. Bright and crisp this beauty is loaded with Mosaic hops. Colourful notes of tropical fruit, pine sap and a medium body of slightly sweet malt.

Hazy pale ale with a blend of Aussie and American hops, delicate and smooth. Orange zest, guava, fresh cut grass.

Brewchacho’ is our salted lime lager. The base beer is an ultra-crisp lager brewed with flaked corn and a hint of salt designed to let loads of fresh lime aroma and flavour shine through.
